Name: Jack Mallet

Alias: Cocca

Powers: Illusion, Telepathy, Telekinesis

Background: Bocca was a small time criminal prior to the Alien invasion. It is not known how he gained his powers but they may be due to Alien experimentation. He used his skills to aid the resistance and was part of the cell in Metropolis which located the JLA's black box and took part in many of the missions to locate the JLA's lost members. After the liberation of the Earth he joined the Ultramarines.
