Background: Harlequin was a member of Batman's / Joker's court in the Ruins of Gotham, she was kept chained to the Joker's throne. She was freed by the players but choose to remain with the Joker. After his death she was seen leading a mob to try and hunt down the players. She is presumed to have been killed when the city was levelled for the second time.
