Arganto

Name: Jack Silversmith

Alias: Arganto, The Bandit

Powers: Superspeed

Background: Arganto was a small-time super-villain/mercenary before the Alien Invasion and quickly joined the winning side after the invasion acting as a collaborator with the occupation forces. He was a minor part of the Luthor administration and took part in the first rebellion. When this failed, he fled and joined the resistance. Arganto's speed made him very proficient with guns and he used his powers on the resistance raids on Gotham, the Alien parts of Metropolis, and the orbital base. He was also involved in the revolution which took Metropolis back from the Aliens. After the revolution he returned to his native Mexico and acted as part of Underground Railroad to evacuate meta-humans from the country. His current status is unknown but he is believed to have been killed by Mexican government forces when they destroyed the Railroad.
