The Dimwood

This forest is somewhat gloomy, hence the name. There is a peculiar long-standing Volkranian tradition of checking your shadow when you leave the Dimwood, but none can remember why.

It's believed that large numbers of goblin-kin still survive there, and there have been some sightings of them in recent years. Although a nuisance, they flee given a sufficient show of force.
