The Homecoming

Although the Elves had apparently left Volkrania during the Night of Betrayal, it has since emerged they have returned from realms of the Elven Gods through arcane sorcery. They first appeared in the Empire of Stars, 29 years after the Purge of Fire, although far more time passed for them there. Although they have allied with the Minotaurs they have yet to reclaim their lands in Volkrania. Whilst they do not talk about their existence in the Elven realms it is obvious that a profound change has come over their culture. They are far from welcoming, and appear even more cold and aloof - on occasion crueller - than their ancestors.
