Khassh'vorr

Khassh'vorr is the seat of power for the Illuminated LizardFolk. The OverKing rules here, with a council of tribal elders assembled from the various Warrior Societies.

The city itself is largely ruined and reconstruction work has only recently begun. The streets are mostly under a foot (or more) of water as the river runs directly through the city.
